Believing "Change comes from the People, and not Politicians" RIHD provides  self-help informational resource and referral directives on how to mobilize and advocate for "fair and commonsense" criminal justice laws that  deter youth violence, reduces crime and recidivism/re-incarceration, increasing "earned" second chance initiatives that empower restoration of the family and it's community.
