“Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are
mistreated, since you also are in the body.” -- Hebrews 13:3

Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for your support of R.I.H.D. over the years. We have been incredibly successful in the past year because of YOU!

Earlier this year alone we led and help pass Senate Bill 825 New sentence for nonviolent (Fishback v Commonwealth (June 9, 2000)  defendants and we amended several sentencing guideline provisions.  The amazing part is the number of people we were able to help, the number of families we were able to serve and the number of individuals whose
lives have been forever changed.  None of that happens without you.
This year through our  justice relate awareness Mobile Justice Tour, we look forward to continuing our work to increase sentencing reform efforts, reinstating parole alternatives and promoting a sustainable Reentry program.

But we can’t do it alone.  We need your help.  If we are going to improve the effectiveness and fairness of our criminal justice system and make re entry easier/successful when they come home then we need to ask if you would make a generous and tax-deductible donation of $20, $50 or $100.  Some folks can’t budget that and instead have chosen to help up us out on a monthly basis.  You can give as little as five dollars a month for as long as you choose to do so.  Together we can change the face of mass incarceration.  Please support change that works..

In Solidarity,
